AuroraCode AB is a Swedish IT consultancy with 20 years of software engineering depth. From fintech platforms to physical prototypes — we solve hard technical problems.
Technical consulting across the full stack — from system design and cloud infrastructure to security and AI-driven automation.
System design and technical leadership for complex, distributed platforms. The kind of architecture your team can maintain and scale for years.
ArchitectureProduction-grade infrastructure on GCP and AWS. Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational reliability.
GCP / AWSSecurity architecture, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks. Deep experience with PCI DSS, CDE segmentation, and audit readiness for regulated platforms.
SecurityDesigning and building AI agent systems, tool-use architectures, and LLM integrations. Applying the latest models at enterprise scale, not just demos.
AI / LLMNot every problem lives in a codebase. AuroraCode bridges software and hardware — from embedded systems to functional prototypes in engineering-grade materials.
Some projects need more than code. Whether it's a sensor integration, a custom enclosure for a field deployment, or validating a hardware concept before committing to manufacturing — we have the tools and experience to take ideas from screen to physical reality.
This isn't a hobby bench. We work with engineering-grade materials and processes that produce functional, testable outputs.
Carbon fiber and glass fiber infused nylon. Functional parts with real mechanical properties, not PLA desk toys.
Sensor integration, microcontroller prototyping, and custom PCB work. From proof-of-concept to field-testable hardware.
Bridging software and hardware — firmware, communication protocols, and end-to-end system validation.
AuroraCode AB is founded and run by Gabriel Ledung — 20 years in software engineering, from freelance web development through enterprise architecture and C-level technical leadership.
The bulk of that career has been in fintech and payments. Most recently as Payments Architect at a PCI DSS Level 1 card issuer, owning the target architecture for a post-acquisition integration on GCP — and before that, nearly a decade building and leading engineering at a Norwegian fintech from early stage through EU e-money licensing.
Today the focus is on architecture, security, and agentic AI engineering — applying the latest models and tooling at enterprise scale. At the current engagement, that means running the AI chapter alongside payments architecture and engineering management.
Background includes a Master's in Information Systems from Uppsala University and military service in IT — operating battalion communications platforms in the field.
